Term 1 (11 weeks)

  • Culinary Essentials
    • European Culinary Essentials I (practical, 12hrs/week, 8 credits)
    • European Culinary Essentials II (practical, 12hrs/week, 8 credits)
    • Culinary Hygiene & Safety Standards (Theory, 4hrs/week, 4 credits)
    • French or German (optional, 4hrs/week, no credits, additional costs)

  • Cutting Edge Culinary Skills
    • International & Fusion Cuisine (practical, 12hrs/week, 8 credits)

    • Specialized Diets & Balanced Nutrition (Theory, 4hrs/week, 4 credits)
    • French or German (optional, 4hrs/week, no credits, additional costs)
  • Internship: Worldwide (local conditions apply) or paid in Switzerland (6 months)

And finally graduate with a:

Swiss Diploma in Culinary Arts

Requirements

  1. Completed secondary school education (IB Diploma, IBCP Diploma, Maturité, Abitur, French Bac, 2 A-levels, high school diploma or equivalent).
  2. English language proficiency.
  3. Recommended minimum age of 18 years
