Twelve months of international paid internship
During the chef training in Le Bouveret, Switzerland, all students do a total of one year of international paid internship. The internship is divided into two periods and is often done in Michelin restaurants or luxury restaurants in 5-star hotels.
With the help of the school’s fantastic international network, you will have the opportunity to do an internship anywhere in the world, while gaining experience working alongside world-class chefs.
