Cook-N-Battle: From the best culinary school in Switzerland to the world’s best first-class airport lounge
The Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland (CAAS) recently held its first Cook-N-Battle competition, where six student teams competed to create the best autumn dish in three hours. The winning team, Madeleine Flekstad and Lara Kocagoncü, impressed with their dish ‘Bree Bao Meets Pumpkin’ and will now be served in the award-winning SWISS First Class Lounge at Zurich Airport.
