Founded in 1999 by iconic chef Alain Ducasse, École Ducasse is now one of the world’s most respected culinary and pastry schools.
The school is based on French craftsmanship, precision and innovation – with a clear focus on quality at every stage. As part of Sommet Education, a world leader in hospitality education, École Ducasse combines culinary excellence with international educational experience. Teaching is led by some of the industry’s leading experts: Michelin-starred chefs, Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, world champions and experienced professionals.
Campus
As a state-of-the-art center for culinary education, the new Paris Campus incorporates six technical kitchens for individual cooking and brigade set-up, a pastry lab, a bakery lab, seven classrooms, plus a knowledge center and co-working spaces.The campus also incorporates a restaurant and a takeaway shop that is open to the public.

École Ducasse has been awarded the titles of ‘World’s Best Culinary Training Institution’ and ‘Europe’s Best Culinary Training Institution’ at the World Culinary Awards in both 2023 and 2024.
Today, École Ducasse has campuses and studios around the world – including in France, the Philippines, India, Thailand and Abu Dhabi – and continues to expand internationally. New establishments are planned, including in Cairo.
