Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland ranked 8th in the world
For the second consecutive year, the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland has been ranked 8th in the world in hospitality management, confirming our position as one of the best culinary schools in the world and the top culinary school in Switzerland.
If 2021 saw our school make an impressive advance in the pantheon of top ten schools, 2022 firmly establishes our reputation. We have significantly improved our average scores for academic reputation and employer reputation.
Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland is the only culinary institute to be recognised in the QS world ranking – a true testament to its world-class standards and Swiss approach to culinary arts education.
What makes Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland one of the best culinary schools in the world?
From the kitchen to the boardroom
We strongly believe in the dual Swiss model that skilfully integrates theory and practice. We combine practical learning with a clear focus on helping our students grow as people, entrepreneurs and leaders.
Students can choose from different pathways in culinary arts, pastry and chocolate arts and vegetarian culinary arts and graduate after one year of professional training with a Swiss Grand Diploma. They can also choose to take the full three years for a Bachelor’s degree and spend over 1,100 hours in the kitchen, along with courses in business management and entrepreneurship.
Our strong focus on building both practical and business skills ensures that our students are well-rounded graduates who go on to become great chefs and establish their own businesses.
Learn from the best
Our world-class chef instructors have worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and have even cooked for royalty.
Hands-on masterclasses with culinary legends give our students unique experiences and provide them with valuable insider knowledge of the process.
We work closely with industry partners whose expertise and insights inform our curriculum, ensuring that what we teach is relevant to the workplace.
