- European Culinary Essentials II (practical, 12hrs/week, 8 credits)
- Culinary Hygiene & Safety Standards (Theory, 4hrs/week, 4 credits)
- French or German (optional, 4hrs/week, no credits, additional costs)
- You can stop here, and graduate with a:

Or continue further to:
- Term 2 (11 weeks)
- Cutting Edge Culinary Skills
- International & Fusion Cuisine (practical, 12hrs/week, 8 credits)
- The Art of Food Plating & Styling (practical, 12hrs/week, 8credits)
- Specialized Diets & Balanced Nutrition (Theory, 4hrs/week, 4 credits)
- French or German (optional, 4hrs/week, no credits, additional costs)
- Internship: Worldwide (local conditions apply) or paid in Switzerland (6 months)
- And finally graduate with a:

Requirements
- Completed secondary school education (IB Diploma, IBCP Diploma, Maturité, Abitur, French Bac, 2 A-levels, high school diploma or equivalent).
- English language proficiency.
- Recommended minimum age of 18 years
