Switzerland has over 100 years of experience in world-class hospitality schools. It began traditional hotel-management and restaurant-management training on the Caux campus, in the mountains above Montreux, in the late 1800s.
The tradition has endured and by introducing modern management theories from some of the top universities in the US and UK, today our students are offered the opportunity to obtain a degree that combines Swiss hospitality tradition with American and British management expertise.
