Program Content

With 90% of the curriculum focused on practical workshops, you’ll train alongside renowned chefs, MOF holders, and pastry world champions. Each module alternates theory, demonstration, and hands-on practice — covering modern and iconic pastries, natural and healthy desserts, artistic pastry, ice creams, food science, and an included field trip.

Located in the Château de Montbarnier, in Yssingeaux in Haute-Loire. The school offers assistance in finding accommodation, and has a castle-like campus with state-of-the-art equipment.

What You Will Achieve
