Program Content
Under the guidance of expert instructors, you’ll explore the techniques and flavors that define French pastry. With 90% of the program devoted to practical classes — including photography sessions — you’ll graduate with the skills to create, refine, and present your work at a professional level.
The program is offered at two campuses — Meudon, just outside Paris, and Yssingeaux in the Haute-Loire region. Both feature state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, and the school provides assistance in finding accommodation for incoming students.
